We speak to Neil Pritchard, the owner of Leodis Games in Farsley

00:00 I'm Neil Pritchard, I'm the owner of Leodus Games, we're based in Farsley in Leeds and we're a wargaming store mainly.

00:07 We also do board games and card games.

00:10 We've been here about four years now and we're continuing to grow and to expand.

00:16 And you've just written a book, tell me a bit about the book.

00:20 Yeah, I've just written a book and essentially it's the story of Leodus from inception through to the end of 2022.

00:33 And in the main it's more the story about the building of the community associated with the store.

00:39 We're very much, we're very heavily a community based store.

00:44 There's a group of people who come down regularly, who almost reach the point of becoming more family than customers.

00:53 And it's the story of that journey through lockdown, through running it part time and having another job,

01:00 to going full time and to where we are today.
