00:00 After taking a backseat to the passing game throughout the first few games of
00:04 the season, the Texas A&M Aggies running backs dominated Saturday's 27 to 10
00:10 win over Auburn. When quarterback Connor Wegman went down with an injury, it was
00:14 the running backs who played a supporting role for backup quarterback
00:18 Max Johnson. The trio of Le'Veon Moss, Amara Daniels, and Reuben Owens combined
00:23 for 203 yards and a touchdown on Saturday. Early on it was the freshman
00:29 Reuben Owens who gave the Aggies a spark, catching a pass and taking it 26 yards
00:33 into Auburn territory. The Aggies were unable to capitalize on that but did
00:38 find themselves kicking a field goal and taking the 3-0 lead. After another
00:43 Randy Bond field goal, the Aggies went into the locker room up 6-3. To start
00:48 the second half, backup quarterback Max Johnson marched his Aggies down the
00:52 field and threw for two touchdowns, including one to his brother, tight end
00:57 Jake Johnson, which ballooned the lead to 17 points. With five minutes left to play,
01:02 junior Amara Daniels duped out defenders going 79 yards to get his Aggies to the
01:08 Auburn four-yard line. It was then Le'Veon Moss with the nail-in-the-coffin
01:13 touchdown, securing A&M's 27 to 10 victory. The 3-1 Aggies will now
01:20 take on the Arkansas Razorbacks in AT&T Stadium Saturday at 11 a.m. From all
