00:08 was allocated by the Senior Vice Chairperson of the House Committee on Appropriations,

00:12 Marikina Representative Stella Quimbo.

00:30 the spending was within 19 days.

00:37 I asked the COA and I looked at the...

00:53 But it was not spent within 19 days,

01:03 Quimbo said that

01:06 the Commission on Audit proposed a budget deliberation in the House of Commons.

01:11 We are still trying to get the OVP's statement on this.

01:15 The COA is now auditing the use of OVP

01:18 in the confidential funds of 2022.

01:20 That was the controversial budget released by the DBM to the OVP

01:25 from the contingent fund that President Bombom Marcos has.

01:29 That is legal according to the COA.

01:31 According to Quimbo,

01:32 the COA said that the OVP used the fund as a confidential fund

01:36 under the line item of the Good Governance, Engagements, and Social Services Project.
