00:04 and during a recent visit to a sports facility in South Wales,

00:08 she revealed a secret talent she shares with daughter Princess Charlotte.

00:12 The Princess of Wales has a variety of skills,

00:15 including photography and rowing.

00:17 On a recent royal visit, however,

00:19 Kate revealed a further secret talent she shares with her daughter Charlotte.

00:24 The princess revealed the trick her daughter can perform

00:27 while giving a tour of the Ebburivon Leisure Centre in Port Talbot, Wales.

00:31 But she also acknowledged that she needs to keep practicing herself.

00:35 In a gymnastics instruction at the facility in February,

00:39 the 41-year-old was overheard asking the kids which tricks they could execute.

00:44 Kate inquired about a party trick that could only be performed

00:47 by the most flexible of them in the endearing exchange,

00:50 which was caught on tape.

00:52 "Can you do the splits?"

00:53 She was heard asking the kids.

00:55 "I was able to do it when I was little, but I'll have to keep practicing now," Kate she said.

01:00 Six-year-old Grace Evans demonstrated the splits for the pair,

01:04 and Kate remarked,

01:05 "My little girl, Charlotte, likes to do that too."

01:09 The eight-year-old princess is known to get caught up

01:12 in playing football and cricket at her school, Lambrook,

01:15 and she also hails from a family of enthusiastic horseback riders.

01:19 During this year's big help-out over the coronation weekend in May,

01:23 Charlotte was even spotted practicing her archery skills.

01:27 During a combined outing with her parents Kate and William in August of last year,

01:32 she demonstrated her perseverance for gymnastics at the Commonwealth Games.

01:36 After a brief conversation with the little queen during the visit,

01:40 Tim Lawler, the CEO of SportsAid, revealed some of her interests, saying,

01:46 "She really, really loved seeing the swimming, but she's interested in the gymnastics.

01:51 While they experiment with a variety of sports at home,

01:54 she readily responded when I asked her what sport she liked, saying 'gymnastics,'" he said.

02:00 Sport is also a passion for the Prince and Princess of Wales.

02:04 Despite Kate's admission that she can do the splits,

02:07 the princess serves as a patron for the Rubby Football Union,

02:11 Rubby Football League, SportsAid, and All England Lawn Tennis and Crocket Club.
