00:10 The English Premier League and English Football League have agreed to a financial settlement
00:15 for an additional 138.6 million, about 130 million euros, pounds that are available to
00:23 expand the Premiership and generate some additional dollars, but also will impose some regulations
00:30 such as cost containment, stadium issues, and a whole host of financial constraints
00:37 that haven't been on before.
00:39 Here's what it says in the press release.
00:41 The deal expected to outline a merit system for distributing the extra money based on
00:46 the league position throughout the three English Football League divisions.
00:51 It's the same system used by the Premier League now.
