Starbucks faces a consumer lawsuit related to its Refresher drinks and their marketing and labeling. The lawsuit claims the company engaged in "false and deceptive practices" regarding the drinks, claiming six of its Refresher drinks did not contain the fruits advertised in their names. Starbucks had filed a motion to dismiss all causes of action in the lawsuit, but a US district court judge has now ruled that nine causes of action will remain active while dropping two others.
