Labour: Weak PM is causing chaos with net zero delay

The shadow paymaster general has called the prime minister "weak" presiding over a "chaotic government", after Rishi Sunak announced a delay to his net zero targets. The prime minister says he will delay a ban on new fossil fuel cars by five years and, reacting to the controversial policy change, Jonathan Ashworth says Rishi Sunak has "pulled a rug from under an important part of our economy and damaged investment in our country".
