00:00 After the two activists were caught by the military in Orion, Bataan, the possibility of them being charged with perjury or fraud is now falling.

00:09 The activists' lawyer is looking at all legal steps to protect their client.

00:17 The truth is the military and the government are targeting us.

00:25 They are targeting our lives. That is the truth.

00:28 Following the statement that they did not surrender to the military, like the first announcement of the latest,

00:34 environmental activists, Junila Castro and Jed Tamano, are now anxious.

00:39 Their lawyer said that they are now with their family.

00:43 The Free Legal Assistance Group is contemplating all available remedies to our clients to protect their interests.

00:52 All legal remedies are available and are being considered by our clients.

00:58 It is not yet known what case the two activists will file and who will be the opponent.

01:03 The group's rightful claim is that there should be an answer and the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict or NTF-LCAC should be formed.

01:12 It was organized by a press conference.

01:14 This recent case is just one of them, although this is one of the most emblematic examples on why it should cease to exist.

01:23 It doesn't deserve public funds from taxpayers' money.

01:29 But the Philippine Army said that there is no hope for the people they are holding on to, the two activists.

01:34 We cannot do anything because of that child-child situation.

01:39 We are forced to surrender but we will return later on.

01:45 The two are studying the case of the perjury, according to the defense secretary.

01:49 This cannot be coerced. If this is really abducted, why would they release the surrender?

01:55 If this is abducted, the case will be closed if this is bad.

01:59 You are not abducting and you will surrender in front of many people, you will just be returned.

02:06 The Armed Forces is not stupid. This is so obvious.

02:12 Sobernation of perjury is the only possible way for the two to return their testimony.

02:18 This is under oath to teach a lesson.

02:22 The public attorney said that the surrender was free to give.

02:27 And why would they lie to many people?

02:31 According to the public attorney's office chief, they have a video of the two making an affidavit in front of a PAO lawyer

02:37 that will prove that there was no threat and that the perjury was done in good faith.

02:42 They can still be charged with perjury and jailed because they are fooling the PAO.

02:48 The PAO is already there, they can just fool the PAO.

02:51 We will not allow any mistake.

02:54 But the lawyer of the two activists in the military said,
