00:34 They were told to practice dancing for school.

00:37 They were not home since Monday night.

00:40 They were told to ride in a van with strangers.

00:43 We were in a hurry.

00:45 My son was missing for 24 hours.

00:49 I had no job.

00:52 I was bedridden.

00:54 I was in a coma.

00:56 But the police were able to find the answers.

00:59 The Women and Children Protection Center, or WCPC, operated in their area.

01:04 Four minors were rescued on Monday afternoon.

01:08 We have a confidential informant who said that

01:11 there are children being raped in our colloquial word.

01:16 We saw four minors being raped

01:26 for what we call sex.

01:32 The leader of the WCPC found out about this

01:35 when they responded to the parents' complaint.

01:38 Our personnel was able to circumvent the operation.

01:41 Based on the report that we received,

01:45 the Women and Children Protection Office

01:48 in Nabotas has a legitimate operation.

01:54 We received a text that they are operating in our area.

02:00 According to the WCPC,

02:02 they are responsible for the majority of minors

02:05 who are involved in trafficking in persons who are involved in sex.

02:09 These traditional operations are back.

02:12 We received reports about these activities,

02:20 especially here in Metro Manila.

02:22 Our statistics are a bit high.

02:25 The WCPC has already investigated the minors.

02:30 The WCPC will file a complaint against a suspect

02:33 who was caught with the minors.

02:35 The assessment of the four minors who were rescued is ongoing.
