00:09 A Pena-Francia Association held their first clubial procession

00:17 that was attended by more than 300 devotees of Nuestra Senora de Pena-Francia

00:21 also known as Our Lady of Pena-Francia.

00:24 Early in the morning, the devotees joined the ferry boat that was used in the clubia procession.

00:30 Father Lyndon Balubar and his fellow priests led the procession

00:34 from the Bicol to the Holy Mass.

00:36 After the Mass, the ferry boat left for Paris

00:40 while the devotees were greeted by the authentic Bicol Express and Lime.

00:45 The devotees were very happy at the front deck of the ferry boat

00:48 while they were bowing to the famous Eiffel Tower

00:51 and the original Statue of Liberty.

00:56 According to the President of the Pena-Francia Association in France,

00:59 the clubial procession in Paris has been held for 17 years

01:02 since 2016.

01:05 We started the Pena-Francia Association in 2007.

01:11 We do this every year

01:15 except when we got COVID.

01:17 We didn't do the clubial procession for 3 years

01:20 but after that, we continued.

01:21 So until now, we are almost 16 years now

01:26 doing this clubial procession in Paris.

01:28 The Rector of the Philippine Catholic Mission in France,

01:32 Father Leo Balaguer, also thanked the devotees who joined.

01:35 According to him, there will be a bigger celebration in 2024.

01:40 We are here at Bato along River Seine

01:44 and we are now celebrating the birth of our beloved mother

01:50 under the title Our Lady of Pena-Francia.

01:54 At the moment, we are also doing the procession in Bicol along Bicol River.
