How Do They Make Incense Sticks In Vietnam?

Incense sticks are present everywhere in in Vietnam but how do they make it. While exploring the surroundings of Hue we found this village producing incense sticks. It feels semi like a tourist trap but at the same time were happy to see how they produce these colorful incense sticks.
