00:02 - Hi, I'm Deputy Commissioner Mal Lanyon.
00:14 It's a privilege to be here this morning
00:16 for the Wall to Wall Remembrance Ride.
00:18 We've got about seven or 800 bikes here this morning
00:21 that we ride from Sydney to Canberra,
00:23 obviously to commemorate those officers that we've lost.
00:26 It's wonderful to see so many retired
00:28 and serving colleagues here this morning,
00:30 as well as members of the community
00:31 who are great supporters of police.
00:33 It's a great privilege, obviously,
00:34 as a police officer to look around
00:36 and see how connected this family is.
00:39 So I wish all the riders a very safe trip to Canberra.
