00:00 We are in the People's University in Radawnica, which is the organizer of the Krainian Summit of Leaders and the Kraina Folk Festival.
00:09 These are two events combined to give this event a higher rank.
00:15 A very nice meeting, the Krainian Summit of Leaders is a meeting of self-government representatives,
00:21 with non-governmental organizations, representatives of non-governmental organizations,
00:25 with social leaders, with people who are initiators of grassroots activities.
00:30 A very nice meeting, which leads to, or we have an assumption that it will lead to,
00:35 developing some common policy for grassroots work in social groups.
00:42 We have always wanted to do something like this, I mean, I think that for several nice years.
00:47 The number of people who participate in our People's University is currently so large
00:52 that there are a lot of ideas. People are really passionate, they have different ideas,
01:00 and that's how it all came about. In addition, the Krainian Summit of Leaders is a culmination of two years of courses
01:06 of the University of Leaders, which also gave us energy and power to organize such an event.
01:11 So, everything we see here we did together with our listeners, with our joint efforts,
01:16 and I think it's beautiful here now.
01:20 There are not many such schools in Poland today.
01:23 There is a new fund that allows for the opening of such facilities, for the maintenance of similar schools.
01:30 However, in fact, in the network that we also run, the Polish network of People's Universities,
01:36 there are 15 universities, which are really dealing with different things.
01:41 When it comes to the People's University in Radawnica, right here where we are,
01:44 we deal with both civic education and cultural education.
01:48 So, we run classes, the University of Leaders, courses for social leaders,
01:56 initiators of grassroots actions, representatives of non-governmental organizations, and so on.
02:02 But we also run, for example, sculptural-painting plenaries, we run artistic classes,
02:08 from painting, ceramics, really various things.
02:14 However, it is not only such a typical craft and nothing more.
02:18 In addition, it is also characterized by elements of such a common co-working with each other.
02:23 So, it's not just "here, please stick something out of clay",
02:27 but we also learn to behave properly, behave in a group.
02:33 We live here, in fact, like a family.
02:36 We often organize various events, like today, where we can meet, integrate.
02:41 It is more like a family, there are no grades, no "mister, madam",
02:45 everything is just for you, so that's how it looks.
02:48 online.
02:48 you
