00:05 In 1986-87, I joined Metropolitan Theater.

00:15 That's when I really started.

00:16 That's when my voice trained under Dr. Mirna Lopez.

00:21 After that, I said, "I don't want to be in a choir."

00:26 "I want to be the spotlight."

00:29 I said, "I don't want to be in a choir."

00:31 But I'm not saying that I'm blaming myself.

00:34 I just want to move on as a solo artist.

00:37 Everyone has that dream.

00:40 But I'm thankful to Metropolitan Theater

00:43 because my voice was enhanced.

00:45 That's when I heard, "Oh, I have a voice."

00:48 Correct.

00:49 But when did you really start?

00:52 You said you wanted the spotlight, right?

00:54 So this is your career as a singer.

00:58 I know.

01:03 No, but Jane and I were almost in the same class.

01:06 We met at the Octo Arts.

01:11 That's when we became close.

01:24 No. After Metropolitan Theater, I joined the Music Mate Girls contest.

01:29 It was a contest by JAY YUPANGCO YAMAHA.

01:33 They were going to pick five winners.

01:37 It was a singing and personality contest.

01:41 Because your grandmother is beautiful.

01:44 I'm really pretty.

01:46 No, you're not.

01:47 I'm not?

01:48 Then I won.

01:50 From there, I discovered Network Entertainment.

01:55 They're Tito Fritz and Fante.

01:59 I'm Corina.

02:01 From there, I moved to Tita Dulce Lukban.

02:05 That's cute.

02:07 Paps' mom.

02:08 In DSL.

02:09 From DSL, they introduced me to Tita Astor Amoyo.

02:15 Tita Astor is now taking care of me.

02:18 From there, I started as a choir member.

02:24 That's when I met Rich.
