00:00 The 15-year-old student was injured when a motorcycle collided with a roadside roadside road.

00:05 17 SUVs were hit in Naga City, Camarines Sur.

00:10 Chris Novello of GMA Regional TV, Balitang Bicolandia, was the witness.

00:15 The SUVs hit four vehicles parked on the side of the road in Naga Metropolitan Cathedral, Camarines Sur early in the morning.

00:26 But instead of slowing down, the SUVs...

00:30 ...started to roll away.

00:35 It was really loud, sir. It was really loud. It was really loud.

00:40 I was looking at it until the driver ran away.

00:46 The SUVs were not yet able to move away.

00:51 It hit another 13 vehicles. The driver was arrested and taken to the hospital.

00:57 When we were in the parking lot, the motorcycle collided with another motorcycle, another tricycle, and another four-wheeled vehicle.

01:08 Two were injured, including a motorcyclist who fell into the SUV.

01:12 The driver, who was under police custody, was possibly drunk.

01:17 He was faced with reckless imprudence resulting in multiple damage to property and injury.

01:22 CCTV footage from Barangay Peña Francia, Daraga Albay, shows the two students crossing the pedestrian lane.

01:30 The two students were slowly crossing the road.

01:33 But when half of the students were already on the road, the students were already running.

01:37 He was the one who was hit by a motorcycle that collided with another 15-year-old student.

01:42 Both the victim and the rider were injured and were taken to the hospital.

01:45 According to Daraga Municipal Police Station, the two students have already collided and the rider will just answer the victim's medical bill.
