00:00 The Department of Foreign Affairs explained why the suspect of the death of our countryman, Julie B. Ranara, was not sentenced to life imprisonment.

00:10 The family could not get blood money and Ivan Mayrina was arrested.

00:19 He was raped, raped and killed. That is how the 35-year-old Julie B. Bilis Ranara, who was found burnt by a boat in a desert in Kuwait, was arrested.
