00:07 Both Eric and Ridge are working on new collections and these could be their best ones yet, and
00:12 that's saying a lot.
00:14 But this all seems to be heading toward a big fashion competition between Eric and Ridge,
00:18 whose line will prevail, father or son.
00:22 A big fashion story is taking place and battle lines are being drawn.
00:27 RJ and Donna support Eric, as does it seems Carter.
00:31 Carter told Katie he can't imagine this place without Eric Forrester, and he can't imagine
00:36 Eric retiring any time soon.
00:38 Katie though seems to think the baton has been passed on to Ridge.
00:43 Brooke even pointed that out to Eric, that Ridge is now running the company.
00:47 We saw Brooke arrive and ask about what's going on, why are they designing in private,
00:52 why the secrecy.
00:53 "I'm doing a solo line," says Eric.
00:57 And despite Ridge being in charge, Eric says he's Eric Forrester, the man who built this
01:02 company.
01:03 "I'm designing a new line with my grandson, and no one's going to stop me, not even Ridge,"
01:08 says Eric.
01:09 And Eric said, "I have one last collection in me, one last collection."
01:14 Which makes me wonder if there's more going on with Eric than the arthritis.
01:18 Why all the talk of one last collection?
01:21 Hopefully it's not implying anything more serious.
01:24 Eric says he misses this, designing, and Eric feels people don't see him for who he is anymore.
01:29 "I will not be shelved," says Eric.
01:32 "Certainly not by my own son."
01:34 And despite working with RJ, Eric told Brooke he doesn't want Ridge's help.
01:39 Eric thinks Ridge will only push him aside.
01:42 But Eric presented a challenge too.
01:44 Eric told Brooke that Ridge needs to be at the top of his game.
01:48 You tell him that because I'm coming for him.
01:51 This all seems to be setting the stage for a big fashion showdown.
01:55 Eric vs Ridge.
01:57 And over with Ridge, he told Thomas he's running this place because Eric asked him to.
02:01 "This is my vision, as long as I'm here.
02:04 The future of this company is what I want," says Ridge.
02:07 Later Brooke told Ridge that RJ is designing with Eric, and Ridge was delighted.
02:12 Having RJ design is what Ridge has always wanted.
02:16 But Ridge will be in for a surprise though when he finds out that his son is working
02:20 with his father on a secret private line.
02:24 Ridge even said that RJ could be the best fashion designer.
02:28 And Brooke then tells Ridge Eric is working on his last collection, his grand finale.
02:33 Brooke then told Ridge that Eric told her to tell him that you better step up your game
02:37 because he's coming after you.
02:40 The die is cast.
02:42 Eric tells RJ and Donna too that we're going to show Ridge and the rest of the world that
02:46 I still got it.
02:48 The best is yet to come.
02:50 Eric Forrester is back.
02:52 And a new preview captures all the intensity too, with Ridge saying I'm running this place.
