00:00 >> All right, so the defensive staff this year, second year together,
00:03 a lot more cohesion, I guess you could say.
00:05 What have you noticed among the guys you had last year to this year?
00:08 How big of a jump have you noticed from some of those guys?
00:11 >> It's just a lot of guys, just from the front end, the back end, and
00:15 everybody just being more comfortable into the scheme.
00:17 Especially year two, guys are more comfortable with adjustments,
00:20 more comfortable with this technique.
00:21 So they're seeing a big jump from everybody just being more comfortable in
00:24 everything.
00:25 >> Looking at Quitty specifically, so
00:28 last year that ankle injury was bothering him, but he looked pretty good.
00:32 He even had some stints where he was really good during the injury.
00:35 Now that he's healthy,
00:36 what have you noticed from him throughout training camp and through the first week?
00:40 >> Just being relentless, being relentless, everything, how he prepares,
00:43 his rush plan, very, very detailed on everything.
00:46 I just love that about Quitty, just being detailed in his rush plan and
00:49 being relentless every day when he's out there in practice.
00:52 >> And Dio gets a lot of talk as well.
00:54 You talk to his trainer in the off season and everything,
00:57 everyone always points to him.
00:59 Have you seen, he seemed pretty raw when he came in, but
01:02 he's putting the pieces together now at this point.
01:05 Is that what you guys are seeing as well?
01:06 >> Yeah, Dio's doing a good job.
01:08 He had a good OTAs, had a real good OTAs, had a real good training camp.
01:12 And just really just seeing him just putting everything together,
01:14 just cuz Dio just kind of like a Swiss Army knife.
01:16 You can put him inside, you can put him outside.
01:19 And just really Dio, just trying to put Dio in the best position to succeed.
01:21 And he's doing a real good job for us.
01:23 >> And so looking ahead this week to the Texans specifically,
01:27 really banged up up front and everything.
01:29 And you can see Baltimore was kind of getting after it.
01:31 Is there any certain mentality you guys take in that game?
01:36 You're already kind of an attacking front, but do you say, is relentless?
01:40 Like more than ever is that the message this week, getting after a young quarterback.
01:46 >> Yeah, just every week, man, we just have to go, we gotta go eat.
01:48 We have to set the tone up front.
01:50 And it don't matter who we playing.
01:52 Every week we gotta go to put the stuff on tape.
01:54 And that's just been a message this week, just get off the ball, attack, and
