During Mayor's Question Time, a heated exchanged between the Mayor and Peter Fortune over the use of expert testimonies to bolster ULEZ escalated. After tense back and forth, the Mayor quipped 'for someone who reads a lot, he ain't half thick.' After the break, Khan apologised 'unreservedly' to Fortune.
