01:15 This is under the House Bill No. 9015 or Proposed Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program Act.

01:23 Under the bill, a bachelor's degree can be given to an individual as a proof of his extensive knowledge and experience,

01:32 the small achievements and skills that he will use to serve school credits.

01:38 If passed, the applicant must submit the Julie Accomplished Form and other documentary requirements

01:45 and must pass the assessment exam.

01:48 Yesterday, the second reading of the camera was approved.
