00:00 My guy, I always see you in the Renew Therapy cold tank.
00:03 Yes.
00:04 What is your cold water remedy?
00:05 Your cold water...
00:06 Rashid.
00:07 Tell this guy, this guy, I had to beg him to go into the cold plunge.
00:12 Now he's staying in five minutes every time.
00:14 Rain or shine, he has to start his day in the cold plunge.
00:17 Absolutely the best.
00:19 How do you feel after?
00:20 What do you feel?
00:21 Great.
00:22 You feel great?
00:23 Yes.
00:24 Oh my God.
00:24 So what are some of the benefits have you felt, Mark, from doing Renew Therapy?
00:27 I mean, look, it shortened my recovery time.
00:29 I sleep better.
00:30 I'm training better.
00:32 You know, I finally got wise to, you know, I'm 52 years old, right?
00:35 I got to be smart and eat right, exercise, and most importantly, recovery.
00:39 You know, even with F45, it's all about mobility, you know, functional movement.
00:44 I'm trying to extend this life now.
00:46 It's all about longevity for me.
00:48 Cold plunge, best way to start the day.
00:49 You know what Gary Brecker says.
00:51 You know, you got to get outside, you got to get some natural sun rays,
00:54 you got to get your feet connected to the earth,
00:56 and you got to get that cold plunge.
00:57 Yeah, I love it.
00:58 Real quick, Sony, possibly going to Vegas.
01:00 What are your thoughts about that?
01:01 Do you think that could be a really good fit for them?
01:03 You know, they're my partners in, you know, this campaign to get the studio done
01:08 along with Howard Hughes Group, so we're very excited.
01:11 Lots of talented people.
01:12 They want to create lots of jobs.
01:14 Any advice to actors what to do during the break and take advantage of the time off?
01:17 Well, you know, just try to keep yourself occupied.
01:20 Hopefully, we'll have a quick resolution.
01:21 You know, you got to get back to work, but, you know,
01:23 obviously, people have to, you know, be compensated properly.
01:27 So hopefully, it'll be a quick resolution, but in the meantime, you know,
01:30 stay as active as possible, and hopefully we'll all get back to work soon.
01:34 Good to see you, Elmi. Later, buddy.
