00:12 At the same time of the World Teachers' Month, more than 200 teachers in Motorcades in Mantaluyong called.

00:22 They were called to read the mandatory retirement age of public school teachers at 57 years old.

01:27 the teachers in Bacolod, Negros Occidental for this World Teachers' Day this Friday,

01:32 the controversial intelligence fund of DepEd was mentioned.

01:36 DepEd asked the Budget Department to open 3,500 administrative officer positions and 1,500 planning development officers.

01:46 Duterte also said that an automated system is being developed to ensure fair selection and promotion of teachers and personnel,

01:54 and that it is not through force or patronage.

01:57 The patronage system is one of the reasons behind the rot consuming the education system.
