00:14 Chandra Babu Naidu had made an MOU with Siemens, a fake MOU, which says that 3,356 crores will

00:21 be invested in Andhra Pradesh for developing six centres of excellence in different parts

00:25 of the state, for which 10% should be invested by the state government and 90% would be a

00:32 grant from the Siemens company.

00:34 But when the case was initiated, the Siemens company said that there is no proposal of

00:40 setting up any centre of excellence in the state of Andhra Pradesh and there is no such

00:44 kind of programme anywhere in the world for Siemens.

00:48 There is no connection of Mr Sanjay Bose, who have signed an MOU with the state government

00:53 of Andhra Pradesh during Chandra Babu Naidu's regime, says that this is a false case, this

00:57 is a false issue and he has taken almost 371 crores with shell companies and he has looted

01:07 So we have, Andhra Pradesh CID has put different sections of cases, almost 12 sections, 420

01:16 cases, 418, different cases have been registered and he has been arrested today morning at

01:22 I have a quick question, without entering his name in the FIR, how can we arrest him?
