A Pennsylvania inmate escaped from a state prison by scaling a wall using only his arms and legs, according to video surveillance footage. The footage shows 29-year-old Shawn Pallas scaling a tall, sheer wall at the State Correctional Institution — Fayette in La Belle, Pennsylvania using a crab-like sideways technique to ascend approximately 20 feet to the top of the wall. Pallas is on the run after escaping the maximum-security prison on September 4th. Authorities have launched a search effort and are urging the public to contact police if they have any information on his whereabouts.
