00:03 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:06 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:35 Today's message in the series Grow,
00:39 the title of today's message is Branch Out.
00:43 Branch Out.
00:45 Father, add a blessing to this word in Jesus' name.
00:51 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:55 So there are different types of symbols of success.
01:04 The corporate tree, the success tree, the money tree,
01:07 the family tree, the academic tree.
01:10 So I want to read our scripture, which is Mark chapter number
01:14 4 and verse 30.
01:18 And he said, "Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God?
01:21 Or with what comparison shall we compare it?
01:30 It is like a grain of mustard seed,
01:34 which when it is sown in the earth,
01:40 it is less than all the seeds that be on the earth.
01:45 But when it is sown, when it is sown--"
01:55 tell somebody you have to sow.
01:58 See, you have to sow.
02:00 It's a seed.
02:01 It's a small seed.
02:03 It has to be sown.
02:06 The fact that you're a small seed
02:09 doesn't mean that you mustn't be sown.
02:14 The fact that you have coupons from a spa as you're
02:23 offering today, it's a seed.
02:27 And so I went to spa the other day, because as you know,
02:33 I'm home alone, which is quite strange.
02:36 I've never been on my own.
02:40 And-- heish.
02:41 And so I had to go and purchase something to nibble on.
02:51 And so I went to spa, Groombridge, and for change,
02:58 they gave me coupons, which are only valid at spa.
03:01 And if you put them in the offering,
03:07 I'm sure that our very ingenuitive finance team
03:12 can convert those coupons into buns for the staff.
03:17 When it is sown, it grows up.
03:22 It grows up and becomes, and becomes, and becomes.
03:30 So look at the process.
03:31 Sown, grows up, becomes.
03:36 And in its category, greater.
03:38 And shoots out great branches.
03:41 Everybody say great branches.
03:44 Say great branches.
03:46 Say you can't have branches without a seed that is sown,
03:50 that grows up, and becomes greater than all.
03:54 Then shoots out great branches so
03:56 that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.
04:04 The shadow of it.
04:05 Let's go to slide number six.
04:07 Blessed is the man or woman that doesn't
04:09 walk in the counsel of the ungodly,
04:11 nor stands in the way of sinners,
04:13 nor sits in the seat of the scornful,
04:15 but their delight is in the law of the Lord.
04:17 And in his law doth that individual
04:19 meditate both day and night.
04:20 He or she shall be as a tree planted by the rivers of water,
04:25 whose leaf shall not wither, who brings forth fruit in his
04:30 season, whose leaf shall not wither,
04:32 and whatsoever that person does shall prosper.
04:36 And so by way of review from last week,
04:39 so that psalm from verse one to verse three has 10 points.
04:46 Blessed is the man that does not walk
04:47 in the counsel of the ungodly.
04:49 Seek godly counsel.
04:51 Don't stand in the way of sinners.
04:53 You know, if you're going to go to a function,
05:02 like Jesus went to many functions,
05:05 and they said he was a wine bubba
05:07 and associating with sinners, you can't insulate yourself
05:12 from that.
05:14 You don't do what they do.
05:15 But number three, don't sit in the seat of the scornful.
05:21 If you have criticism, let it be meaningful, practical,
05:27 applicable.
05:28 Number-- slides are messed up again.
05:33 Number four, delight yourself in the law of the Lord.
05:35 Number five, in his law you meditate day and night.
05:38 Number six, you shall be like a tree
05:41 planted by the rivers of water.
05:43 So let's go now to Luke chapter number six and verse 38.
05:47 And let's look at the sowing process
05:50 as it pertains to this big tree with many branches.
05:56 Give, and it shall be given to you, good measure.
06:01 Press down, chain together, running over shall men
06:04 give to your bosom.
06:05 For the same measure that you meet, the same measure you use,
06:13 is the same measure that will be measured to you again.
06:16 Little praise, little blessing.
06:22 Big praise, big blessing.
06:25 Small seed, small harvest.
06:29 We have a farmer here who is exporting tons of peas
06:35 to the European Union, tons of peas.
06:38 So the munda has to be prepared and sown.
06:45 You can't get tons of peas out of one pea.
06:48 After pea comes Q.
06:55 So let's look at the process of giving.
06:57 Number one, tithes.
07:02 New Life Covenant Church teaches tithing.
07:06 Tithing is one tenth of everything you earn.
07:13 It's the only place, Baba Mazinga,
07:17 where the Lord says, prove me, Malachi,
07:20 that you have earned the tithe.
07:22 The Lord says, prove me, Malachi 3.10.
07:25 Prove me.
07:27 It's what we call an eternal law.
07:32 Tithing is before the law of Moses.
07:36 Tithing is from Abraham, Genesis 14, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18.
07:46 Abraham paid tithe to Melchizedek,
07:49 and Melchizedek blessed him, gave him
07:53 the blessing of dominion, gave him the blessing of heaven,
07:58 gave him the blessing of the earth.
08:01 It is reiterated by the writer of the book of Hebrews
08:04 in chapter number seven of the book of Hebrews.
08:08 Seeing that Melchizedek was such a great man, a Christophany,
08:14 Abraham gave a tenth of all of his spoil
08:21 to Melchizedek, the king of peace, the king of Salem.
08:28 Number two, there's offerings.
08:31 So in a moment, we'll have a chance
08:34 to give our tithe and our offerings.
08:38 It's a freewill offering.
08:40 There's Kingdom Cathedral that you can sow into.
08:45 There's money that Carp Care uses to help the poor,
08:52 to help with tragedies.
08:57 There's Chimokopa.
08:59 There's Chihutzi schools that we're supporting.
09:02 There's so many places you can give offerings.
09:06 There are many places you can give offerings.
09:10 And so there are times when there are special occasions.
09:15 For example, you give an offering on Father's Day.
09:21 You give an offering on Mother's Day.
09:24 You give an offering on birthdays.
09:29 All those come in the category of offerings of honor.
09:35 They are offerings of honor.
09:38 They are offerings of compassion.
09:40 These are offerings that are given to widows and orphans.
09:46 They are offerings of compassion.
09:50 So if you have a lady that's a widow that
09:54 is a multimillionaire, there's no need
09:57 to give that widow an offering of cash.
10:02 You can give an offering of love and support.
10:07 And so offerings is not confined to money only.
10:12 Special giving, which is Kingdom Cathedral, et cetera,
10:16 and we've mentioned all of these here.
10:19 Slide number 10, Isaiah 11, verse 1,
10:23 a prophecy concerning Jesus.
10:26 He says, "And there shall come forth a rod out
10:29 of the stem of Jesse, and a branch
10:36 shall grow out of his roots."
10:40 So sisters and brothers, it is important for you
10:45 to note that a rod comes forth out of a stem.
10:53 A rod comes forth out of a stem.
10:57 So what is a stem?
11:00 What is a rod?
11:01 A rod is a thin, straight bar of metal or wood.
11:06 In this biblical case, it's a straight bar of wood,
11:12 generally about a meter long.
11:18 This is about a meter here.
11:21 And so Moses had a rod.
11:24 Aaron had a rod.
11:26 A shepherd had a rod.
11:28 Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
11:34 So God has a staff to keep you in line
11:37 and a rod to keep you in check.
11:41 God's rod is not abusive.
11:44 It's just to keep you in check.
11:47 And so with smart cars, if you are going off into another lane--
11:56 and this is not applicable in Zimbabwe--
12:00 if you are going into another lane,
12:02 the car actually gives you a hint and corrects.
12:07 And in certain cars, if there's a car on either side
12:12 in your mirror, it will flash either orange or red.
12:17 So that you don't turn into a lane quickly.
12:20 That's a rod to keep you in check so that you
12:23 don't get into tragedy.
12:28 And then he says the second part is,
12:32 "A rod shall come forth out of the stem of Jesse."
12:35 So a stem is the main body of a plant.
12:41 A stem is a supportive main section of something.
12:46 So you can't have a rod without a stem.
12:49 So a stem, then, systems.
12:51 Systems.
12:56 A tool to operate is a rod.
12:58 A rod cannot function without systems.
13:01 It can do just so much for so long.
13:06 And so if you need a rod to use to cross the Red Sea,
13:15 if you need a rod to strike a rock
13:19 and get water out of a rock, you have
13:22 to have systems first before you have a rod.
13:27 There are too many people that have rods without systems.
13:32 And the thing is that when there is a system,
13:37 your rod will bud.
13:40 And so there was a dispute amongst the Israelites
13:47 when Aaron was appointed as the high priest.
13:52 And so the proof of his leadership
13:55 was every person bring your rod.
13:59 And so there were 12 rods representing the 12 tribes.
14:03 They left it in the tabernacle.
14:05 And the next morning, Aaron's rod budded,
14:10 which meant that his rod housed the system of the priesthood.
14:18 And his rod manifest three dimensions.
14:23 It budded.
14:24 It had flowers.
14:29 It had almonds.
14:30 So it was on three levels for body, soul, and spirit.
14:35 And so on and so forth.
14:36 And so if your rod is to bud, you
14:41 must make sure that your stem is healthy.
14:45 Your stem cannot be healthy if you
14:48 don't have a good root system, which
14:50 is what we taught last week.
14:52 We talked about the root of the matter.
14:55 So you've got to fix your roots.
14:56 Jesus cursed a tree in the roots.
14:59 And we landed up last week by cursing things
15:04 that are hurting us--
15:06 sickness, unnecessary revenues being lost by devourers.
15:12 We rebuked and cursed devourers last week.
15:17 And today, we are going to speak life into our branches.
15:22 Amen.
15:23 So a branch, then, according to this scripture,
15:26 grows out of his roots.
15:30 So what was David's roots?
15:33 David's roots go all the way back to Boaz and Ruth, Obed,
15:41 Jesse, and then David.
15:45 So his great-grandparents, which is four generations
15:48 before he got there, his great-grandparents
15:53 were landowners.
15:55 They were slaves set free.
15:58 They were individuals that had a free will.
16:03 Ruth said, where you go, I will go.
16:04 Where you lodge, I will lodge.
16:06 Your people are my people.
16:07 She was a free thinker.
16:09 She was an entrepreneur.
16:12 She wasn't a lazy woman.
16:14 She got up every day to clean in a field.
16:20 And her industry caused her to be noticed
16:25 by the owner of the munda.
16:28 And her compassion and her support for her mother-in-law
16:33 became notable in the little town of Bethlehem,
16:36 so much so that the richest man in the city
16:40 married the most industrious person in the field.
16:45 There were people working in the field that
16:46 were being paid to work.
16:49 She was working in the field out of her own free choice.
16:53 There's a huge difference.
16:56 The person that is the wealthiest
16:59 is always linked with the person that
17:01 has the greatest industry in terms of a work acumen.
17:05 And looking around this group, when
17:07 I look at couples, power couples, I can see that.
17:11 I can see that.
17:13 Slide 11.
17:15 There are seven branches of prosperity.
17:18 This is what I've listed.
17:22 It was quite interesting that Russell called me
17:26 the voice of Africa.
17:29 I don't know if he wants to be promoted
17:31 to be a pastor or ordained.
17:34 I don't know if he wants to borrow my car.
17:36 We are a voice in Africa on a Council
17:43 of African Apostles level.
17:46 And there are many voices on the continent.
17:50 And so the voices on the continent
17:54 are in varying categories.
17:58 So we have the Honorable Guy de Sina,
18:01 who is the head of the Africa Development Bank.
18:06 He speaks as a voice in that space.
18:10 And then we have the chair of the AU,
18:15 who speaks in that space.
18:18 And so when all the voices in their respective spaces speak,
18:25 we should speak one thing.
18:27 I am a voice in the religious space.
18:32 The religious space is not occupied by Christians only.
18:36 The religious space is occupied by other faiths.
18:41 They have a voice.
18:43 And they have to be put in their rightful place.
18:47 And we as Christians and believers, our voice,
18:51 our space must be controlled.
18:55 And I've listed these.
18:58 The first branch of prosperity is wisdom.
19:04 The second one is strength.
19:08 The third one is blessing.
19:13 The fourth one is favor/grace.
19:18 The fifth one is anointing.
19:23 The sixth one is increased measure and capacity.
19:29 And seven, health.
19:33 Health.
19:35 So what do we mean by the branches?
19:39 The first branch is the branch of wisdom.
19:44 This means to think.
19:46 Your thoughts determine your results.
19:53 The results in your life right now
19:59 is a reflection of your thoughts.
20:03 Think on these things, Paul said.
20:09 So what we're doing here, we're causing you
20:11 to think on these things.
20:15 Number two, wisdom, the branch of wisdom is develop a mindset.
20:21 There's a couple that we are very close to.
20:31 And they are very wealthy.
20:33 They are extremely wealthy.
20:35 But what the husband does, he goes,
20:41 when the light is on in the house,
20:42 he goes and switches off lights.
20:44 Because he says, oh, we're spending
20:46 too much money on electricity.
20:48 And the electricity bill is about maybe $67, $60, $80.
20:53 And they are multimillionaires.
20:55 But he has a mindset that was set from when
20:58 they lived in a shack.
20:59 Now he's got so much money, his mind
21:04 has been set in concrete.
21:07 So develop a mindset that's operating
21:17 from a poverty mindset leads to poor financial habits
21:26 and poor financial decisions.
21:33 So I go back to a story that I've told many, many times.
21:36 In the late '70s, it was buy a car
21:42 or invest in four books that were $500 each at the time.
21:48 It was $2,000.
21:50 I bought the books.
21:52 The car that I would have bought is that range of vehicle now.
21:58 You don't even see them in Harare.
22:00 But as a voice in Africa, investing
22:08 in those books of wisdom is clearly seen.
22:12 And so again, develop a mindset of prosperity.
22:23 I was looking at Eastley Shopping Center on Friday.
22:31 I'd gone there to pick up a bite to eat at Hamburger Hut.
22:34 And I had not been to the shopping center
22:36 in a very long time.
22:38 Shamwari, I was totally stunned.
22:42 It looks like a war zone.
22:43 I was totally, totally stunned.
22:50 It looked like something out of Afghanistan.
22:55 [LAUGHTER]
22:59 No, I'm serious.
23:02 Because my last memory of that area--
23:07 because we used to stop from time to time
23:09 and buy Bernstein, a pizza there.
23:11 It was quite nice.
23:13 You know, when we'd go around the corner
23:15 and buy stuff at Bon Marche.
23:17 But when I stood there, I was stunned.
23:20 I was stunned.
23:22 So I asked one of the guys serving.
23:25 I said, what's the deal here?
23:28 What's the deal here?
23:31 And this was his answer.
23:33 [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH]
23:34 This was his answer.
23:36 He says, ah, Bishop, there are no white people
23:39 that come here anymore.
23:41 [LAUGHTER]
23:45 [INAUDIBLE]
23:49 So then he has to explain Arendelle Village.
23:53 He has to explain Borneo Village.
23:56 You have to explain certain things.
23:58 We have to change that mindset.
24:03 As Covenant Church people, we have
24:06 to take our excellence everywhere we go.
24:09 [APPLAUSE]
24:13 Number two, seek knowledge.
24:16 That is, manage information.
24:19 This is in the branch of wisdom.
24:21 Seek knowledge.
24:22 Manage information.
24:24 Manage it.
24:26 Leverage it.
24:27 Use it.
24:30 Number four, study how wealthy people think.
24:33 Study how wealthy people think.
24:38 There's been a huge--
24:39 well, I can't say huge.
24:41 I spent a chunk of change to get Warren Buffett's
24:44 Secrets of Success.
24:48 And in his Secrets of Success, he
24:50 talks about the kind of CEOs--
24:55 I think he has 110 CEOs, maybe more.
25:00 And when he addresses his shareholders,
25:03 they limit them to, in some places, 100,000.
25:09 100,000.
25:12 And so studying his mindset, his wisdom,
25:17 the Secrets of Success, some of the ways in which he
25:21 rose to prominence in Omaha, Nebraska,
25:24 is that he would study for maybe 18 hours a day
25:30 the different stock exchanges, the performance
25:32 of different stocks and so on, commodities, et cetera.
25:37 And he said he was so in it that it cost him his marriage.
25:42 And he said if he had time to do things again,
25:47 he would have included his honey, his wife,
25:50 in researching that together.
25:54 And so we sometimes learn in retro.
25:57 So study how wealthy people think.
26:00 The way you can do that is listen to interviews,
26:03 read biographies, gather prosperity principles
26:06 from every stream.
26:08 And of course, my favorite of those
26:09 is the richest man in Bavaro, Napoleon Hill,
26:12 think and grow rich.
26:14 Number two, the branch of strength.
26:17 That's the ability to carry the load of responsibility.
26:21 The load of responsibility.
26:28 And so there are a few members within the Jabolo group,
26:31 ULF Covenant Church group, that are
26:34 running in our elections this week.
26:38 And people may vote for them.
26:41 And when people vote for you, that's just the beginning.
26:44 Because now you have to have strength.
26:46 Because you have to have the capacity to carry
26:49 the load of responsibility.
26:51 A person can call themselves a bishop.
26:54 A person can call themselves Achi Mwene.
26:57 A person can wear a red shirt or a purple thing.
27:01 A person can call themselves an apostle.
27:03 But do you have the ability to carry
27:07 the load of responsibility?
27:11 Mental strength.
27:13 Mental strength.
27:14 Mental strength.
27:22 I have to make a football comment right here.
27:24 Down to 10 men can still come back and win after a goal down.
27:33 It's not just talent.
27:37 It's mental strength.
27:40 Tiger Woods, mental strength.
27:43 If he, on the previous hole, got a bogey, which is one over par,
27:50 if you understand golf language, he
27:52 had the ability to shut down the past mistake
27:56 and focus on the next hole.
27:58 Mental strength.
28:02 Mental strength.
28:03 When you are being beaten on every side by demonic forces,
28:08 by sickness, by disease, by tragedy, mental strength.
28:12 Don't stagger at the promise of God.
28:16 That's Abraham.
28:17 Don't consider the deadness of Sarah's womb.
28:20 It's mental strength.
28:22 Don't be discouraged when others that don't have a promise
28:26 are having children, and you with a promise
28:28 are not having children.
28:29 Mental strength.
28:30 Number two.
28:38 Number three, you have to be patient.
28:42 Patient, that's emotional strength.
28:45 In your patience, possess your soul.
28:47 Let patience have a perfect work that you
28:50 might be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
28:53 You have to be patient.
28:58 If you are impatient, all you will have for food every day
29:05 is scrambled eggs or eggs.
29:08 You'll never eat chicken.
29:09 Be patient.
29:22 You can't have a baby in a month.
29:31 Can't have a 24-hour baby.
29:34 There's no such thing.
29:37 There's no such thing.
29:39 Any baby that is born before six months is in serious trouble.
29:47 At six months, in trouble, but may survive.
29:52 Premature, seven months, has a better chance.
29:55 Nine months, the chance of survival is great.
29:59 At the end of the service, we're going
30:00 to be praying because there is an attack on babies
30:03 in the city, New Life Covenant Church included.
30:07 It's not just our church, but we're
30:09 hearing that it's other places and other churches.
30:11 There's an attack on babies.
30:13 And so we want to deal with any sort of blood altar
30:16 that's taking babies to support anything.
30:21 I need a strong amen.
30:24 You have to have emotional strength.
30:28 You have to be like Mandela.
30:30 Don't show any emotion on your face.
30:34 He would get one letter a month.
30:39 And it was allegedly from Winnie.
30:41 But it was written by the apartheid government.
30:44 And in that letter, it would generally state,
30:48 I can't wait for you.
30:49 I found somebody else.
30:51 I'm not going to be with you.
30:54 You die in prison and stuff like that.
30:56 He would read the letter.
30:58 And he would say, thank you very much.
31:00 And they could not break him because of mental and emotional
31:06 strength.
31:08 Don't let the devil see your pain.
31:10 You feel it, but don't let him see it.
31:13 [APPLAUSE]
31:17 Smile, though your heart is breaking, all the time.
31:22 All the time.
31:24 Number three, the branch of blessing.
31:27 So plan to manage and store increase.
31:35 You have a mustard seed.
31:37 You've sown your mustard seed.
31:39 Your mustard seed is growing.
31:42 Your mustard seed is producing branches.
31:44 Your mustard seed is going to produce fruit
31:47 who has seed in itself.
31:50 So plan to manage and store increase.
31:56 [INAUDIBLE] Joseph.
31:58 Seven years of plenty are coming.
32:00 This is what Pharaoh should do.
32:02 And Joseph built supply cities, granaries throughout Egypt.
32:14 Number two, abundance is inevitable.
32:18 Create space for it.
32:21 Can you see my money tree there?
32:23 That money tree was producing $1 notes.
32:31 It then graduated to $5 notes, graduated to $10 notes.
32:37 We are talking US dollars.
32:38 You understand that.
32:41 $20 notes.
32:42 $50 notes. $100 notes.
32:44 I have seen with my eyes, very, very rare, an American US
32:49 dollar, $1,000 note.
32:52 $1,000 note.
32:57 And so increase is inevitable.
33:02 Abundance is inevitable.
33:04 Create space for it.
33:06 Avoid wasting and abusing your profits.
33:09 And so there's people that are on some sort of a diet.
33:13 And so they allowed a binge day.
33:17 It's like one day, just go crazy.
33:20 And so there was a pastor that we used to preach with before.
33:24 I think he weighed about 750 pounds.
33:29 He was a huge man.
33:30 He was huge.
33:32 And so I had lunch with him at London station.
33:36 And he said to me, I said, oh, pastor, whatever.
33:46 I said, you've lost so much weight.
33:48 He had lost 250 pounds.
33:49 And he said to me, today's my binge day.
33:55 He ate five hamburgers and a whole chocolate cake.
34:01 [LAUGHTER]
34:09 Don't abuse your profits.
34:10 Somebody always stands.
34:19 Understand your personal financial ecology.
34:24 Develop an ecological system in which one feeds into the other
34:30 and supports the other.
34:32 Don't work all your life for school fees.
34:34 Because this week is peaceful.
34:40 It's peaceful.
34:41 My life is at peace.
34:42 Next week, my life is at peace.
34:44 Now coming towards the 1st of September,
34:47 my phone is burning up with money for school fees.
34:53 When you said I do, or when you did what you did,
34:58 you knew that there would be the fruit of the vine.
35:00 So plan for school fees up front.
35:09 As I told you, I'm already putting money away
35:12 for Eden, Idris, Amelia.
35:15 And this month, I started for Aurora.
35:19 $100 a month.
35:22 When they turn 18, they'll get that money.
35:25 Without fail.
35:27 Without fail.
35:28 So you manage it for the future.
35:30 Just do it.
35:35 Don't say amen.
35:37 Number four, favor.
35:38 Everyone say favor.
35:41 Shall God give me favor?
35:43 Shall God give me favor?
35:47 God is about to give you favor.
35:52 Favor is increased opportunities.
35:56 All around this room, I sense increased opportunities.
36:03 Shout, I receive it.
36:06 All around this room, I recognize new sprouts
36:11 and new buds are forming.
36:15 What was a dry stick is starting to get green.
36:21 And what was a dry stick from getting green
36:24 is about to bear flowers.
36:27 And your flowers are about to bear almonds.
36:32 Don't waste God's favor.
36:36 Turn to a neighbor and say neighbor, neighbor, neighbor.
36:43 Don't waste God's favor.
36:48 Five minutes of favor can accelerate you
36:53 10 years in advance.
36:57 Shout, Lord, give me favor.
37:00 I might just preach this morning,
37:05 God's about to grant favor on so many people.
37:12 Don't waste your favor.
37:16 If God has given you favor, Joseph or Josephine,
37:23 don't waste time with Potiphar's property.
37:28 There are things that you manage in Potiphar's life,
37:32 but you don't tamper with his personal property.
37:36 Even though you've been given free reign,
37:40 manage your favor well.
37:44 Because if you manage favor on this level,
37:49 God will elevate you with favor on the next level.
37:54 If you can manage favor in your daddy's house,
37:59 God will give you favor in Potiphar's house.
38:03 Yes, I feel like preaching now.
38:07 God will then raise favor in a jailhouse
38:11 and give you free university training in political science.
38:17 And then God will give you favor in Pharaoh's house.
38:22 And when you have favor in Pharaoh's house,
38:25 God will then favor your deeds and your actions.
38:30 Your actions will follow your words.
38:34 Oh, yes, preceding actions is a mindset.
38:40 Joseph kept his heart pure and his spirit uncontaminated
38:47 because he had a dream way back then.
38:51 It was a mustard seed.
38:54 His dream was a mustard seed.
38:58 He planted that seed in the midst of his brethren.
39:02 The seed began to grow.
39:06 The brothers rejected the seeds
39:09 because they were not the perfect soil for that seed.
39:14 His father rejected that seed
39:18 because Jacob was not the perfect soil for that seed.
39:22 So God raised up an Ishmaelite
39:26 and transported the seed and sowed it in Egypt.
39:31 And Egypt was the perfect soil for the mustard seed to grow.
39:37 Joseph was the least in his brother's house.
39:42 But look what God did with Joe.
39:45 Turn to your neighbor and say, "Dr. Joe,
39:48 God's about to raise your branches."
39:52 Clap your hands for healthy branches.
39:55 Turn to a neighbor and say, "I'm about to branch out.
40:04 I'm about to branch out.
40:07 I'm not limited to a leaf.
40:10 I'm..." Josephine, God bless you.
40:13 "I'm branching out in every direction.
40:17 The devil is a liar.
40:19 I'm branching out in this direction.
40:23 Strengthen my branch, oh Lord.
40:26 Shout my branches are going over the wall."
40:31 Branch number five is anointed.
40:35 Anointed is to be empowered by God.
40:39 Anointing is to be enabled to perform.
40:43 Anointing is to understand your elevation.
40:47 Shout three times, "I am anointed."
40:51 I am anointed.
40:54 I am anointed.
40:56 The anointing is on my life.
41:00 As a mustard seed, I am anointed to withstand adverse conditions.
41:07 I am anointed to withstand famine conditions.
41:13 I am anointed to withstand drought conditions.
41:19 The devil is a liar.
41:22 The anointing is on my life.
41:25 I am anointed to be a father of many nations.
41:30 I am anointed to be a founder of so many companies.
41:35 I am anointed to be strong in places where there's no strength.
41:43 I am anointed to end poverty in this generation.
41:48 I said, "I'm anointed."
41:51 Turn to your neighbors, "I am anointed."
41:54 Shout, "My measure is increased and my capacity is expanded."
42:01 Number six, increased measure and capacity.
42:05 Your branches will be capacitated to produce and support many enterprises that are not
42:14 directly built from the roots.
42:16 And so, because your roots are strong and your trunk is strong and your branches are
42:23 strong, you'll be able to produce life forms that live in you.
42:31 For example, birds lodge in your branches.
42:36 Birds, bird families in your branches.
42:40 They build a nest.
42:42 They lay their eggs.
42:44 They produce their young.
42:47 They are bees that are in the shade of your branches.
42:51 Shout "I'm a big tree."
42:53 Shout "I'm a big tree."
42:56 Shout "I'm a big tree."
42:58 Tell your neighbor, "I'm a big tree."
43:01 My branches are standing out.
43:05 I'm expanding my branches.
43:08 I'm producing multiple streams.
43:13 I'm producing multiple streams.
43:16 You don't just have to be a pharmacist.
43:19 You can also be an entertainer.
43:23 You can also be, sisters and brothers, a person that has opened doors in so many different
43:31 areas.
43:32 I'm not just a preacher.
43:35 I do more than just preaching because I've asked God to bless my branches.
43:42 But my branches are growing.
43:47 I'm healthy.
43:48 Number seven, the health of my branches means I am well.
43:55 I am well.
43:57 I am healthy.
43:59 I am strong.
44:02 If there's any person in this room that's been struggling with blood pressure, I want
44:09 you to know that God is about to heal that.
44:13 This week I was in bed because my blood pressure was unusually very high.
44:22 And so as I was coming from talking to mom, my chilonga told me, he said, "Bishop, please
44:27 pray for me.
44:29 This week my blood pressure has been ridiculously high."
44:33 And so something clicked in my spirit.
44:36 Perhaps what I went through this week was intercession for those who are going through
44:42 something that they can't handle.
44:45 I call for well-being.
44:49 Stress will not cause hypertension.
44:54 Stress won't cause your blood pressure to go off the charts.
45:00 Your blood pressure is fine.
45:02 When I checked my blood pressure last night after the Liverpool game, 3-1 with 10 men,
45:10 my blood pressure was 118 over 70.
45:15 I can't say that about Stan Chabuka.
45:19 The devil is a liar.
45:21 Whatever the outcome is, my blood pressure will remain the same.
45:26 Shout the devil is a liar.
45:30 Stress will not take me down.
45:33 Worries will not take me down.
45:36 The cares of this world will not take me down.
45:41 The political system and its outcomes will not take me down.
45:47 Jehovah Jireh is my supplier.
45:52 Jehovah Tzikinu is my standard.
45:56 Jehovah Shalom is my peace.
46:01 Jehovah M'Kedesh is his presence around me.
46:05 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.
46:12 Shout my branches are strong.
46:16 Shout my branches are strong.
46:19 I have a constant supply.
46:22 There's a constant flow.
46:24 There's constant movement.
46:26 The movement is upward.
46:29 The movement is forward.
46:31 I evaluate my life.
46:33 I'm a better person today than I was yesterday because my branches are going over the wall.
46:44 Hi-ya, hi-ya, hi-ya.
46:49 Shout my branches are going over the wall.
46:53 I've been sown as a mustard seed.
46:56 I was small, but look what the Lord has done.
46:59 I was nothing, but look what the Lord has done.
47:02 I was no way, but look where I've come from.
47:05 I had no voice, but now I'm a whisper.
47:08 My whisper will be a shout.
47:11 I was small, now I'm big.
47:13 I was little, now I'm mature.
47:16 I was a child, now I'm a man.
47:20 I was lost, now I'm found.
47:23 I was blind, now I can see.
47:27 I'm growing.
47:30 I'm going to another level.
47:34 Turn to your neighbor, say, "See ya."
47:37 I wouldn't want to be ya.
47:39 I'm going to another level.
47:42 I'm climbing higher.
47:46 Ain't no mountain high enough.
47:49 Ain't no valley low enough.
47:52 I'm climbing higher.
47:54 I'm going, I'm going from hell to the heavens.
48:02 I'm going from Nazareth to Jerusalem.
48:05 I'm going from a dollar to a hundred, from a hundred to a thousand.
48:10 I'm going as a captain of tens to a captain of thousands.
48:17 The devil is a liar.
48:19 I'm branching out.
48:21 I'm climbing.
48:23 I'm climbing by the power of God, by the blood of Jesus.
48:29 Everybody stand up and give God a praise.
48:33 Say yes.
48:35 Say yes.
48:36 Say yes.
48:49 Is there, is there anybody?
48:55 Is there, is there, is there anybody?
49:03 Is there anybody in this place who feels like promotion is at your doorstep?
49:11 Is there any woman in this place that's coming out in the name of Jesus?
49:20 Is there any man that has made up his mind forward ever, backward never?
49:29 Give God a praise for a healthy branch.
49:32 [MUSIC]
49:42 (upbeat music)
49:45 you
