00:00 >> You got mics around the room, make sure you turn them on.
00:03 [BLANK_AUDIO]
00:07 Yeah, let's hear it.
00:09 [BLANK_AUDIO]
00:12 Dominique.
00:12 [BLANK_AUDIO]
00:15 >> All right, a question for Duar, just take us through your night,
00:18 had a few explosive runs, everything to the end zone.
00:21 Just having a night like this, what does it mean to you?
00:23 And then also for Coach Brown, first game here with the fans here at UofL,
00:28 just what was it like to have this night tonight?
00:29 >> It was amazing to come out here and see all the fans support us on our first
00:35 home game and I'm glad we got the win.
00:37 [BLANK_AUDIO]
00:45 >> I was like, before the- >> Go ahead, go ahead.
00:47 >> Before the season got started,
00:48 I talked about just getting more comfortable in the pass catching.
00:51 You had two big plays, I think it was tonight.
00:53 So how more comfortable are you right now, or
00:55 what's just that like for you in terms of kind of diversifying your game?
00:59 >> Yeah, definitely just being in spring ball throughout camp as well.
01:05 I was able to build on that.
01:07 So obviously I was able to showcase that a little bit tonight,
01:11 which was obviously awesome for me.
01:13 I've talked about before, being able to diversify my game,
01:17 showing that I can do a little bit more.
01:19 So obviously being able to put that out there,
01:23 let people know that I'm able to do that, it was a good thing.
01:25 >> How soon did you see that hole when you broke free for that big,
01:30 72, 73 yard touchdown?
01:32 What was that moment like for you?
01:34 >> Well, I know I'm gonna make those big holes happen, so I expect it right away.
01:39 Once I see it, I just do what I do and broke free.
01:43 [BLANK_AUDIO]
01:46 >> So what would you say clicked for you?
01:48 It was the last five games of last season and
01:51 then with the 100 yard effort tonight, that's five out of the last seven games
01:55 you've had 100 yard rushing games.
01:57 What to you has been kind of that light switch?
02:01 >> Well, for me, just getting better each and every week.
02:05 That's what I stand on and I try to just keep improving and
02:09 work on my game and work on areas that I need to improve on.
02:12 And just come out here confident, trust the process and trust in the game plan.
02:17 >> What areas do you believe that you needed to improve on?
02:21 >> Really, I like to improve on every little bits of my game, running the ball,
02:26 seeing the holes better, catching the ball, a little bit of everything.
02:31 >> Isaac Juar mentioned the play of the offensive line,
02:33 you guys were getting to that next level pretty easily.
02:35 Can you just talk about their performance tonight?
02:38 >> Obviously, just running behind them just makes you feel good.
02:43 Just our whole room, the space, the hole that they create, it's good for us.
02:51 Obviously, we have a diverse backfield, so
02:54 just being able to take advantage of those holes that they create for us.
02:58 Obviously, every once in a while you miss a couple, you feel bad about it,
03:03 cuz they're just blocking their bus off up there.
03:06 But obviously, we appreciate them a lot.
03:09 Just the depth that they have in that room, it's awesome to see.
03:12 >> Isaac, back here.
03:16 This one's for both of you guys.
03:17 You kinda touched on the diversity in the backfield.
03:19 How would you describe the running back group you guys have?
03:22 It seems like you all have a different style and complements each other.
03:25 >> Well, really, we just compete with each other each and every day.
03:32 And we make each other better.
03:34 If Isaac sees something in my game that I need to improve on,
03:39 he's gonna let me know.
03:40 And the same, it goes both ways.
03:43 So we just come out here and practice, compete every day, and
03:48 just make each other better.
03:50 >> That's it.
03:52 >> All right, that's it.
03:53 [BLANK_AUDIO]
