00:27 a change of clothing appropriate for the weather conditions,
00:30 a medical kit including a three-day supply of necessary medications,
00:35 cash, credit cards, and checkbooks,
00:37 a solar-powered cell phone charger,
00:39 spare keys, personal hygiene products,
00:43 a list of important phone numbers, plastic bags, and non-perishable snacks.
00:48 You should also include the following items before you head out,
00:50 like your passport and driver's license,
00:52 insurance policy numbers,
00:54 and irreplaceable items like family heirlooms or photographs.
