00:50 - There's no direct EV play in Malaysia.
00:52 I think because our tech sector, as you all know,
00:54 I think it's mainly the backend of it, testers and whatnot.
00:57 So I think some of the cheap ones,
00:58 probably your D-NEXX, where you have Sutera,
01:00 and then you've got your probably your DNO,
01:02 which is the LD lights for the EVs and stuff like that.
01:04 And then you've got probably Penta, ECA,
01:08 those are doing automation.
01:09 Then you've got Genentech, the battery pack.
01:11 So a lot of those are indirect.
01:13 So, but I guess those are the closest proxy
01:15 you can have for those basically for the semi-con sector.
01:18 As a whole, I think EV goes,
01:19 I think some of those tech stocks would,
01:21 testers would indirectly, UWC,
01:23 and a few of those also would have a linkage
01:26 to that market, they would supply some of the parts.
01:27 But I guess with the scarcity of those,
01:30 if you want to invest in,
01:31 so those are the ones that the closest you could,
01:32 or maybe the latest one, you can see the EPMB,
01:34 which got a manufacturing license for EV.
01:37 They've had some announced at MOU with China BAIC.
01:40 So those are the ones that probably more direct,
01:41 then you get some of those chargers,
01:43 you've got your Gintari, but those are not listed.
01:45 Then you've got your Yinsen, who's into charging.
01:48 Some of the smaller listed ones,
01:49 they have announced some charging stations,
01:51 Echo, Amtel, to name a few.
01:53 So there's no specific, but on a whole,
01:55 I think it will benefit the tech sector to the next time,
01:57 unless those are purely consumer related one,
02:00 those are doing the consumer one.
02:02 If those that have exposure to your automotive,
02:05 those would seem to benefit basically
02:07 as well your MPI and all those.

03:12 - It's coming down to some extent,
03:23 it used to be out of reach,
03:24 I think you can see Tesla coming in without,
03:26 I think previously Tesla,
03:27 it's really great importance now,
03:28 it's direct in, so I think the price has come down,
03:30 a fair bit of people are jumping into the bandwagon
03:32 and you've got different, more and more EVs,
03:35 even the smart with Proton,
03:36 all those that are moving in,
03:37 even more affordable, I think.
03:38 For the wire one is working towards that so-called,
03:41 I think just like the plug-in hybrid as well,
03:43 I think it's become more affordable,
03:44 quite a fair bit, the balance between that
03:46 is probably the PHEV and also the EV,
03:48 so I think the price will be coming out,
03:50 that's for sure, I think,
03:51 in order to have a bigger uptake,
03:52 so I think it will be more affordable.
03:54 They will have the MyVs,
03:56 like Dolphin now is 99,000,
03:57 so I think the,
03:58 I'm sure they will have smaller ones
04:00 and coming along the way.
