00:25 one word, it's dynamic, it's exciting. I actually think this
00:28 is the best season we've ever had not deal with life we want

00:49 that transpires that you're like this is not how I expected
00:52 it to end right, it's so good. Living it was crazy.

01:19 >> You know why I think that Mary love doing the show and I
01:23 think that there was reason she left and I think she's so happy
01:26 that she's back. I mean Mary definitely always brings some
01:29 comedy to every situation and like I said you never know if
01:33 she's joking or jabbing but she's super direct and sometimes
01:36 I'm like OK I agree with that and there's other times I don't
01:40 but I think it's fun to have her back.
01:41 >> Yeah, the fans were really excited. Yeah, so does she get
01:47 along with everybody this season to you guys get along.
01:49 >> You know Mary and I are fine I think like we respect each
01:52 other space and even if she's like do you have a new buy and
01:55 like that's where it's like it's jabby but it's Mary so you
01:59 know, but I think she has some disagreements with some of the
02:01 girls and then some of us she's totally fine with yeah.
02:04 >> What was it like filming without Jen this season.
02:07 >> It was so different and it was kind of a relief because
02:13 everything had to be about Jen in the past so it wasn't like
02:16 you're seeing everybody else's perspectives it was like
02:19 acquiescing to Jen so I think you know I didn't even really I
02:23 hate to say this but it wasn't like I Mister I forgot when we
02:27 started filming that like a Jen used to be a part of this it
02:29 was so much other stuff going on that it you didn't miss that
02:34 other element right.
02:36 >> Well we also get a new cast member, yeah, so is she she
02:40 almost seems like does she feel that Jen slot a little bit like
02:44 she is kind of hot headed as Jen.
02:46 >> So I think they're very different. I think Jen was her
02:49 muse at one point where like she like law like love Jen
02:54 wanted to be just like Jen but I think they're very different
02:57 like Jen spartan a different way than Monica does and it's
03:01 not bad or good, it's just different.
03:03 >> Okay, yeah, interesting. Yeah, he definitely comes in
03:07 hot. I my for 18 months.
03:10 >> You know her prior to this I had only talked to Monica one
03:15 time on the phone and it was a different experience than the
03:19 one she describes but she was nice before so I didn't know
03:23 what to expect from her I you know she assisted Jen and I
03:26 thought she was going to be great.
03:27 >> Yeah, she does say in the trailer that she would F you
03:33 and Meredith. Does that become a problem or you know that's
03:37 not a problem because John would never ever.
03:40 >> Okay, got a dream she can dream. She's yeah, I mean or
03:46 on you know why I think that she was prepping for a divorce
03:50 coming in. So maybe kind of single thinking because you
03:55 know that might be her situation coming up, I don't
03:58 know like if there ever if they got divorced, I'm not sure
04:02 okay, speaking of John how is John is doing amazing so busy
04:08 and you know we have a son leaving so that's like so
04:12 different for our family, you know, exciting but different
04:16 right right so when you say we basically going to college Jack
04:19 so Jack fudge college. And he decided to go on a mission for
04:23 a church which basically sent him away for 2 years and he
04:28 doesn't get a say in where he goes he could go anywhere from
04:31 Idaho to North Carolina. France like any place got it. Yeah,
04:37 I see this we see this come up in the trailer had their kind
04:40 of
04:40 it has an opinion on it right for people not in the
04:44 community. What is what is the mission like what is he doing
04:47 for 2 years.
04:48 >> Okay, so the church's technical name is the Church of
04:50 Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints so he's basically going
04:53 to a place like where he's called and he serves people so
04:58 we does its service and he also teaches people about the
05:02 teachings of Christ so it's like really empowering for
05:05 young men, my husband served a mission and like absolutely
05:08 loved it. I think it's like where you really grow up
05:11 because you're on your own you're on a very limited
05:13 budget like yeah, Jack's going to have a shock. I mean is
05:17 living up of like 400 bucks a month like it's like nothing
05:20 and but it's like where you really find yourself and I
05:23 think you know if you can help other people, it's great to
05:26 okay for. I literally was like oh my gosh we sent him with an
05:33 Amex and I'm like you'll be fine, but I'm like last resort
05:37 this is for like emergencies because I want to like embrace
05:40 the experience and we're like it's our money, it's not yours
05:43 yeah, yeah, so he has back. You want him to really dive into
05:48 that we really want to dive into it and this was his
05:51 choice like you can see from like this episode tonight that
05:56 we had no idea this was his choice like we were helping him
05:59 with college essays we actually got into a fight about like
06:02 hey this last essay you need to get in there's actually 2 more
06:05 and I'm like where are they any just like broke down in tears
06:08 and was like mom, I'm not going to college, I'm deferring so
06:12 we were like in shock like we didn't even know this was an
06:14 option we didn't even think this is something you wanted to
06:16 do so it was like a 100% his decision which is the way he
06:20 wanted it to be but it was like so surreal for us because we
06:24 didn't even think it was an option right. Yeah, why does it
06:26 become a story like a part of the show wire is Heather like
06:30 questioning it. I think that Heather is on her like exit
06:36 from the church and I think it's like so
06:38 I want to use the word triggering because it's over
06:41 use, but I think for Heather, she's like oh my gosh like why
06:45 are you allowing him to go because she had such a
06:47 different experience. But Jack's experience with our
06:51 faith is so different from Heather so different than mine
06:54 or even John's so I think this is like his decision what he
06:58 wants to do and he's passionate about it. So and then he
07:01 graduated from high school with an advanced degree so yes,
07:05 and as he has his associates degree which we didn't even
07:07 know he was doing that either so Jack ambitious on the down
07:11 low like yeah, it was crazy when he was I literally was
07:17 teasing, I'm like we're going to buy your honor cords off of
07:19 Amazon, I'm like I'll make sure you have them and he actually
07:21 got honor cords from the school and it was kind of funny,
07:25 but he's a good kid and this is like the path he wants to be on
07:28 yeah, and you know in the beginning, I'm like Heather,
07:30 this is none of your business like I'm not commenting on
07:33 where your daughters are going so it's a little shocking but
07:36 you know, I also know she wrote a book about being a bad
07:38 Mormon and it's her exit out so she did right that she did
07:42 best-selling author.
07:45 >> Well okay. Heather also there was a moment in the
07:50 trailer where Mary tells Heather she looks in red.
07:53 >> What Heather does not. She doesn't look and read Heather
07:59 is beautiful and she definitely doesn't look and read, but I
08:02 think that's like one of Mary's yeah, jokey jobs. I think so
08:07 too. Meredith and you when we met you guys you were such good
08:12 friends, you guys really sisters when we met we've seen
08:15 the friendship of all and it's been a lot of ups and downs not
08:19 with some gas where are you guys now she says to you
08:23 something about don't bring up husband, what all about.
08:26 >> You guys are going to have to wait to see what that's
08:29 about but I can say that going into the season Meredith I
08:32 haven't talked really in over a year almost 2 years. Yeah,
08:37 I mean it's been not nice, I mean pleasantries like hey,
08:41 you know, but nothing like we used to talk all the time and
08:45 so I feel like this season were really working on building a
08:48 new friendship because that other one is dead like it
08:51 doesn't exist anymore. So it's really starting over.
08:54 >> Was it the show that
08:56 broke down the friendship. I think that I hit a lot of my
09:00 feelings because of her and then you hear me ran to my hot
09:03 Mike moment which I thought was private and you know just to
09:06 get out frustrations but I think I was really her and and
09:10 then my words hurt her, but I think there was a lot going on
09:13 it wasn't just like one thing it definitely wasn't about my
09:16 home renovations it was about like feeling like I didn't have
09:20 a friend and I wasn't supported and I was trying to be super
09:24 supportive of her and help her men relationships and it just
09:27 didn't work out. But I'm like this season like I'm like it's
09:30 nice to like be like OK with her like I like being able to
09:34 be in a space and be comfortable with her because it
09:37 hasn't been like that for a while okay, yeah, what we do
09:41 friendship. Yeah.

09:44 >> My gosh, at least oh my gosh that's like I hope I don't have
09:50 any this season, I'm literally I I'm worried somebody made a
09:53 joke and I'm like wait, what did you catch me saying,
09:56 but I think
09:57 you know another thing about me that I'm working on is I like
10:01 to make other people around me feel good and feel supported
10:04 and I'm like really realizing that it's OK to have very
10:08 strong opinions like I think I've had my opinions in the
10:10 past, but I'm like you don't have to guess what I'm thinking
10:13 anymore, I'm just going to say exactly what I mean right and
10:17 we can figure it out from there. But I hope I don't have
10:19 anymore. That was a bit to learn how to turn my Mike off
10:22 yeah. I don't love that. Okay so Bravo con is coming on.
10:29 Yeah, Vegas oh my gosh, I'm so excited who are you excited to
10:33 see and who do you like to socialize with outside of Salt
10:35 Lake, you know, there's so many girls it's like being literally
10:39 on an NBA team and there's like all these different franchises
10:42 but I think there's so many amazing girls like Emily
10:45 Simpson used to live in Utah. So I love her. We actually one
10:49 of my college roommates was friends with her husband like
10:52 years ago, so I'm like there's this like natural connection
10:54 there. But I love like Kyle Richards and I just think
10:58 there's so many girls like to name them all it would be so
11:00 hard. I did this little haunted mansion commercial in La which
11:06 is out and I think she's so amazing like I love how just
11:11 direct and honest she is I think she's amazing. I love
11:14 Karen Huger I've had dinner with her so there's so many
11:17 girls like all the Miami girls are so fun. Yeah, they are they
11:21 are the party girl, but I like and I love the younger kids to
11:24 like the you know Southern charm crew. Yeah, and the
11:28 Hamptons crew and so I think there's so many people but it's
11:31 like literally like a big family. So you know, so it's
11:34 going to be fun. But I think it's going to be a family
11:37 show and saying I think Emily's always been so beautiful and
11:42 then she's just so committed to like fitness and everything I
11:45 think as your kids get older makes it easier. I took 11
11:47 years off. I I know how that is.
11:50 >> You always say you don't work out right now I used to
11:54 how you do that my mom is literally 90 pounds and 5, 6,
11:58 and I think like part of its genetics but I never sit still
12:02 like I run run run. Yeah, but I still like my fast food.
12:05 >> I know I know I I don't know how you do it, but you look
12:10 amazing. I'm so excited for this season, everyone needs to
12:14 tune in it looks like I think it's I literally think it's
