00:15 Really resistant to it.

00:17 And then there was a big row, wasn't there,

00:19 about the fact that they weren't...

00:20 You know, some health authorities weren't sending out

00:23 regular reminders.

00:24 I remembered that there had been a letter somewhere in the in-tray.

00:29 And so I did it. And I went in and the nurse was absolutely lovely.

00:34 And it wasn't in the least bit painful or uncomfortable.

00:37 I was expecting it to be far, far worse.

00:40 So if you have been putting it off for that reason, please don't.

00:44 Really important. Go and get your mammogram done.
