00:00 We're going to try five of the must-try beers
00:03 when you come to La Terraza.
00:05 The first one is a Chinenga Bison,
00:08 Tartaruga Brothers.
00:09 It's a Kettle Sour, acidic, with Jamaica.
00:13 Very, very, very drinkable.
00:15 Then we have Moenos al Doble,
00:18 which is one of the beers we make once a year.
00:20 It's a double IPA.
00:22 Very classic, super malty,
00:26 a little strong, but it's very, very good.
00:28 We also have a Heysin Heysout,
00:31 which is one of our weekly releases,
00:34 which is a super fruity Heysi IPA,
00:37 with a hint of passion fruit, mango, very tropical.
00:42 Also at Moenos we care a lot about the food.
00:45 When you come, you can pair, for example,
00:47 a Sus 69 Pale Ale with a Fork Belly Bao,
00:52 which is a homemade Bao,
00:54 Ponzu green sauce with cucumber salad.
00:57 And you can also try our Morenaza,
00:59 which is one of our flagships.
01:01 We can pair it with a beef tartare,
01:04 with onion, a little bit of capers,
01:06 Noset butter, truffle oil.
01:08 We also have a little bit of cured yam on top of it.
01:10 We accompany it with sourdough bread.
01:12 What we're doing is trying to get the grains together,
01:15 both with the manta and with the bread,
01:16 and the fat that still has in the oil
01:19 will taste very good with the Morenaza.
01:21 You can come visit us at Zacatecas 43,
01:24 which is where we have the Morenos Terrace.
01:26 We'll be waiting for you.
