00:00 As mentioned by the Minister and Mr. Sarwana,
00:02 about the workers.
00:04 We have too many workers in this country.
00:07 Sometimes we can do the work.
00:10 So, for that reason,
00:12 I ask for the approval
00:14 of the grants
00:16 that are given to the local people.
00:19 If they are sublet to people who are not Malaysian citizens,
00:23 we will withdraw the grant.
00:29 I am giving this so that there will be no protest tomorrow.
00:34 I will say it again.
00:36 The lessons are given to the local people.
00:40 They must be used by the local people.
00:43 If the lessons are given to foreigners,
00:50 we will cancel the lessons and give them to Malaysians.
00:55 Do you agree?
00:56 No.
00:59 Then, there are some requests.
01:03 Like Mr. Sarwana Nushoor.
01:06 He asked for a hair cut.
01:09 I don't understand why he can't get a hair cut.
01:12 Sometimes, Aziza gets a hair cut.
01:15 Sometimes, it doesn't look good.
01:17 If it's not good, then Aziza gets a hair cut.
01:20 Once, in my experience in Singapore,
01:24 a local asked for a hair cut.
01:26 When he came to me,
01:28 he wanted a hair cut.
01:29 The security guard and the MCQ team were all there.
01:32 I saw him.
01:35 I told him to be patient.
01:36 Don't let him get a hair cut.
01:38 But he said, "No, I've been waiting for a long time."
01:40 He kept jumping on my hair.
01:43 Because his hands were not steady.
01:47 So, we gave him a hair cut.
01:49 Because the hair cut shops asked for it,
01:52 I told him to give it to them.
01:56 The same goes for restaurants.
01:58 But I didn't want to give it to the whole.
02:00 Because I think we need to find a way.
02:04 Let the TIFET owners,
02:06 or the capitalists,
02:08 we need to find a way to give the capital.
02:10 If it's an Indian shop,
02:11 give it to the Indian children.
02:13 Give them training.
02:15 Because now, young people
02:16 don't want to be like before.
02:19 They don't want to be like before.
02:22 We gave him training.
02:25 Hair cut.
02:26 What was the other one?
02:27 Hair cut.
02:29 But because of the urgency,
02:32 for these three categories,
02:34 we didn't pass the exam completely.
02:36 And I asked,
02:37 later in the meeting of the Prime Minister
02:39 on Friday,
02:40 the Prime Minister will bring a paper
02:42 so that we pass the exam successfully
02:43 for these three categories.
02:47 And the condition of the Ministry
02:50 is to ensure that we have some training
02:53 and incentives
02:54 to ensure that our children
02:56 are trained and work.
02:59 Thank you.
03:00 Thank you.
03:01 Thank you.
03:02 Thank you.
03:03 Thank you.
