08:08 - I've got enormous confidence in Chris Hipkins.
08:13 Actually like Jacinda Ardern and Grant Robertson,
08:15 he was a young staffer when I was Prime Minister
08:18 and that's a long time ago, 14 years ago.
08:21 So he's had a lot of experience in the political system
08:24 around Parliament as an MP out there for you.
