Deafening Bass-Mobile Boasts 62 Speakers | RIDICULOUS RIDES
DOMINATING Atlanta’s thriving car-modding scene has come easy for one man and his Joker-themed, speaker-packed bass-mobile. Jay Jones, AKA ‘Joka’, used 62 speakers to transform his 2004 Tahoe into an earth-shaking monster on 30-inch rims, and he’s causing a stir at car shows around the South East US. Jay, whose moniker stands for ‘Justified Over Known Adversity’ told Barcroft Media: “When I go to shows and people hear me turn the truck on, they get to dancing, they come over with cameras, they enjoy my truck. “I focus on audio because I like to please the crowd and also I like to get the crowd moving, I like to see the kids dancing around, even the old people, you know?"

03:57 I've had a passion for cars mostly all my life,
04:00 because my dad did car shows when I was little.
04:04 And that what really made me wanna be in the car scene as I got older.
04:10 I use this truck mainly to go and do the shows.
04:14 This helps me deal with the death of my dad.
04:16 My dad passed away three and a half years ago.
04:19 When I go to the shows and I win, it does something to me, it messes me up.
04:24 Like when I leave, after I get my trophies, I ride in the truck by myself and
04:29 play my music.
04:30 I shed a tear, cuz I feel like my dad watching me.

04:42 Every weekend I do shows, it might be two to three shows every weekend.
04:48 And I got 169 trophies now.
04:50 The last show that I just went to last week, I ended up winning nine trophies.
04:57 When I go to shows and people hear me turn the truck on, shoot,

05:12 They come over there with cameras, or they come over there with their phones.
05:16 They talk to me, they enjoy my truck.
05:18 Like the kids, they love it.
05:20 But when they sit in the inside, the first thing they do, they grab their ear.

05:25 What you need to do is learn how to control your breathing,
05:29 cuz the bass will pull your breath.
05:31 And I tell them, hold on to your hat, because it's a bass.
05:34 It blows your hair, it makes towels float, it makes bags float.
05:39 It'll knock their glasses off, and they love it, they love it.

05:49 I focus on audio because I like to please the crowd.
