00:07 Welcome back. Now before the break we did say we were hoping to get across to 442 for some breaking news there.
00:14 And I'm very pleased to say that our reporter Rob Porter is currently outside the ground.
00:19 Rob, what have you got for us?
00:21 Thanks Natalie. Yes, this is the news that fans of 442 will have been waiting for.
00:30 The club have today announced in an official statement that they are to actively begin pursuing bringing in another presenter/producer for their YouTube channel.
00:44 Now you may remember in the January window earlier in the year they signed Adam Cleary.
00:51 There was a lot of discussion at the time as to whether this was the right direction for a club that's traditionally been famous for its work both in print and online.
01:03 But we've had something like 10 million views since then. They're approaching 450,000 subscribers.
01:11 So clearly this is a move the club feel has been a success and they're now looking to add both quality and depth in that department.
01:21 Wow, huge news there Rob. I'm sure fans will already be wondering who might be in the frame for this. Are there any names that they're currently looking at?
01:31 Well that's the big question at the moment. Obviously Ian Wright is somebody we know the club are huge fans of but it's not believed that he would be available at this time.
01:43 Jake Humphrey is obviously somebody who's linked to every platform going but that one does seem unlikely given there would be no opportunity to talk about how many GCSEs he got.
01:56 So the club have gone on to say in this statement that they are willing to consider any applications before drawing up some kind of possible shortlist.
02:06 The preferred candidate they say will ideally need to be someone with experience on YouTube as a platform, confident in front of the camera, experienced in editing video and a real eye for goal or views as they've called it in this statement.
02:25 So it does currently feel like it could be anybody.
02:29 Well thank you there Rob. Very exciting news for fans of the content. Now stay with us because coming up next we'll be across to Saudi Arabia.
02:39 We'll be hearing from Neymar's new manager, Neil Warnock. Don't go anywhere.
