00:00 I think he keeps growing year by year. He needs to keep doing what he's doing.
00:04 Marcus Rashford is an incredible talent. I think he has to be the man to get Manchester United back to winning trophies and league titles.

00:47 Last year was a special year in a way for us in terms of how much we progressed and individually myself as well.
00:54 I progressed in what I did and hopefully this year I can kick on.

01:07 I think he keeps growing year by year and you set new targets, new demands. He sets himself new targets, new demands and he seems to complete those.
01:16 He's extremely hungry and willing to learn, to improve and become the player that decides the game every three days.
01:27 That's what he has between his two eyes and he's a very, very focused boy.
01:33 When he broke into the team at Arsenal, what struck us was that in a team that were having a difficult time, he was performing at a really high level.
01:43 Then when the team were playing well, he was still a key player and performing at a really high level.

02:04 It's the consistency, so he has to show it in the third, the fourth and the fifth match.
02:09 But what he has showed in his second match is already an improvement of his first match and that is special I think.

02:25 Marcus Rashford is an incredible talent. I'm delighted he signed New Dealing.
02:31 I think the next five years for him is going to be real important in his legacy, if you like, because he can score a lot of goals.
02:42 But if he really wants to go to that level which Mbappe and Haaland are at, I think he has to be the man to get Manchester United back to winning trophies and league titles.
02:55 I hope he can do that.
02:56 I don't think it's about age, to be honest. I think it's just about experiences.
03:01 I don't know how many games I've played in total, but probably close to 400, something like that.
03:09 So that's a lot of football matches and a lot of different experiences that I've managed to get through and learn from.
