Typhoon Saola Skirts Taiwan's Southern Tip

Typhoon Saola is passing by Taiwan's southern coast on Wednesday, on a course for southeastern China. It's the third typhoon to brush past the country this year and is not set to make landfall. Authorities in Taiwan have issued land and sea warnings.
