The advanced technology of the Audi Q5 digital OLED taillights

OLEDs (organic light emitting diodes) are lights that have at least two electrodes, at least one of which is transparent, and which are made up of a lot of the organic semiconductor materials itself in a huge number of extremely thin layers. The layers, which are much thinner than human hair and less than one thousandth of a millimeter thick, emit light when exposed to low DC power between three and four volts. The molecules in the light source determine the hue.
OLEDs display a new level of uniformity with constant, accurate brightness variations as panel radiators. Because they don't need reflectors, light guides, or other comparable optics, OLED devices are effective and lightweight. Additionally, they hardly ever need cooling.
