00:00 The pension of an 80-year-old woman was still alive but it was stopped.

00:05 But then, she left Pumanaw.

00:08 That's what we reported in Sumbungan ng Bayan.

00:12 A 80-year-old Aysa Samagindanao, who is a survivor of a police officer who was arrested for stealing money,

00:21 received a pension of almost P3,000 per month.

00:24 But she said that it was suddenly stopped on April 20 to 21.

00:30 We are asking for help from Sumbungan so that my grandmother can get her pension back.

00:41 Aysa's daily expenses were a big help for her pension.

00:46 But they had a hard time getting her record of tag and hold status fixed.

00:52 They said that they will go to Campo Crame so that we can find out what really happened to my grandmother's pension.

01:01 We said that we cannot do that because we don't have any expenses.

01:07 PNP Retirement and Benefits Administration Service or PRBS clarified.

01:12 In our record, it is not stated as deceased.

01:16 It is stated as unlocated.

01:19 If it is not located or accounted,

01:22 she will be in tag and hold for three months.

01:28 But after another three months, she will be deleted from the alphalys of the pensioners.

01:35 She or her family should go to the nearest police station to find out that she is there.

01:45 PRBS assured that Aysa will receive her pension starting this August,

01:50 including the previous pensions that she did not receive.

01:53 We already emailed Napolcom that she will be restored her pension

01:59 considering that Mrs. Aron is already accounted.

02:02 She is still physically alive.

02:05 When her pension was stopped, she will be restored.

02:09 She will be backturned or differential.
