00:14 And you've taken some Southwest flavors and sprinkled them, particularly on, is this the

00:23 So it's actually gonna be this one.

00:25 Yeah, so that is our new Southwest pizza.
00:26 So it's got seasoned ground beef, peppers, onions, it's got a chipotle ranch, cheddar,
00:31 mozzarella, and then diced Roma tomatoes on top.
00:34 I love that.
00:35 It's amazing.
00:36 Because as I was just telling Brad, you know, there's plenty of local pizza chains that
00:38 are not local, that are national, but when you order from Streets of New York Pizza,

00:54 So this broccoli pizza looks delicious to me as a vegetarian, I see a little bit of

01:02 So that one is roasted broccoli, it's got roasted garlic, sausage, and then it's got
01:06 our whipped ricotta on top, fresh chopped parsley, and olive oil.
01:10 It's a little different.
01:11 Yeah, it's unique.
01:12 You know, it's a twist.
01:14 Pasta you're known for, because you don't just have pizza.
01:16 I actually love your lasagna.
01:17 It's my favorite.
01:18 It's so good.

01:20 Tell me about this dish.
01:21 So this is our chipotle chicken pasta.
01:22 So it's penne pasta with peppers, onions, it's got a chipotle adobo sauce that we make
01:26 with alfredo.
01:27 And if you're not familiar with adobo sauce, it's got a little bit of a smoky flavor to
01:31 it.
01:32 So it's roasted chilies and vinegar and it's so good.
01:36 So we add that to our alfredo sauce and then it's got a whipped ricotta on top with chopped
01:40 parsley.
01:41 Wow, this is hitting everything.
01:42 Because you got spicy, you got a little bit of sweet, you got the cream to carry the flavor
01:46 through.
01:47 Absolutely.
01:48 And the chilies, which make it Southwest.
01:49 Yep.
01:50 So it's got a little bit of a heat to it.
01:52 A little bit.
01:53 But not too bad.
01:54 Now, are we looking at mozzarella sticks?
01:56 We are.
01:57 So these are our new mozzarella sticks.
01:58 And if you are a cheese lover, these are a must try.
