00:00 Hi, my name is Robert Rawson. I live on Rectory Road in Ducklington and we're just here this
00:08 morning objecting to the new proposal for development on Tom Lane. Bearing in mind we've
00:13 already got 400 houses being built on Inkasil, this development is going to take place on
00:21 Tom Lane which is a 60 mile an hour zone. It's a very bumpy, twisty country lane. We
00:27 don't think it's suitable to have three entry and exit points off of Tom Lane. Then of course
00:32 we've got all the other developments on a rat run through to the M1 which is junction
00:37 29A and they're passing through our little quiet village which has got a 20 mile an hour
00:42 school zone, we've got a playground on there for children, we've got a school at Ducklington
00:47 just up the little road, we've got some retail shops, we've got an ageing population and
00:54 we just don't think it's suitable. Plus as well we've got the sewage which is a big concern
00:58 which Yorkshire Water have said that it's not suitable for any more infrastructure to
01:02 go along in that sewage.
