Over 30 Arrested for Fraud Ring Targeting Chinese Nationals

Police have arrested more than 30 people in eastern Taiwan involved in a suspected fraud ring. Authorities say the suspects pretended to be Chinese public security officers and used facial transformation software to deceive Chinese citizens.
