00:00 A man in Quezon City was shocked when he saw a black male who was trying to stop the video of his victims from being spread.

00:08 John Consulta was the one who was caught.

00:11 The National Bureau of Investigation Anti-Organized and Transnational Crime Division

00:22 arrested the suspect, Lester John Ponce, in Cubao, Quezon City. A minority woman from the NBI reported that the suspect was being followed until he was convinced to stop the video.

00:34 He was then hiding the video that he was using to blackmail.

00:40 The victim repeatedly threatened the subject to spread the video and images if he will not stop the video.

00:51 He also demanded 37,000 pesos.

00:54 The victim gave his demands but the suspect still asked the victim to send the video and images to his family, friends and classmates in school to clear the demands.

01:10 The suspect demanded money and cash to go home for the entrapment operation.

01:16 But the NBI found out that there are other people who are complaining against the suspect, aged 12 and 17.

01:25 We charged him with violating the Child Abuse Law, Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act.

01:33 We also charged him with simple seduction, grave coercion and robbery extortion.

01:40 The NBI will examine the cell phone of the suspect to trace the other victim.
