00:00 Adam, a win here over Glenavon, give us your thoughts on that match.
00:02 Yeah, brilliant. Obviously we're tuning up and we're cruising.
00:05 When we were conceding a goal, usually a lot of teams would fold, obviously with a bit of pressure, away to Glenavon, and even away to any team.
00:13 I think that we really pulled ourselves together to go out and get a third and make it more comfortable again.
00:17 So I can't complain with that and I think it was brilliant. It was all the way from home, obviously on the score sheet, and I can't complain.
00:23 First goal for the club, that's a big moment for you.
00:25 Yeah, definitely. Obviously, as I say, hopefully it's the first of many. It's good to start a season if you don't get a few under a run.
00:31 It can be hard for some players, but with the team I have around me, there's balls in the box, there's one-twos here and there, and I think I'll get plenty of chances this year.
00:37 Some really bright moments this season so far. Years of playing well against Cliftonville, years of beating Carrick.
00:41 Yeah, obviously it was just a wee rip. I think it was three goals in 30 minutes in both the games, Goul and Cliftonville.
00:47 But we pulled ourselves together in the second half. Once you go 3-0 down against an Irish membership club, there's not much chance of coming back.
00:52 I think that away to Carrick, listen, ball coming to me, put it over the top, 40 scored, 40 scored a game today here.
00:58 He's on a bit of a high, so hopefully we'll keep him fit, keep him ready to go when he's scoring more, and hopefully he can assist me now as well.
01:04 And then some big matches coming up, are you relishing those sort of challenges?
01:07 Yeah, obviously four big clubs, it's going to be tough, but I think the boys can rest and recover after today and get into training Tuesday and Thursday, and you're ready to go for it.
