Pound Cake French Toast Recipe by Food Fusion

Amazingly delicious and new take on your classic French toast.

Ingredients:
Prepare Cake French Toast:
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
-Jaifil (Nutmeg) grated ¼ tsp
-Peek Freans Sooper Soft Bakes Plain Cake 6-8
-Makhan (Butter)
Prepare Cream Cheese Glaze:
-Icing sugar ½ Cup
-Cream cheese ½ Cup (120g)
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted & soft 4 tbs
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

Directions:
Prepare Cake French Toast:
-In a bowl,add milk,eggs,vanilla essence,cinnamon powder,nutmeg & whisk well.
-Dip soft bakes plain cakes in the mixture.
-On a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add dipped cakes & fry on low flame from all sides until golden brown.
Prepare Cream Cheese Glaze:
-In a bowl,add icing sugar,cream cheese,butter & whisk well until smooth.
-Add vanilla essence,whisk well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
-Drizzle cream cheese glaze on French toast & serve!
