00:00 Very easy drink to make.
00:01 All we need is a flute, a bottle of champagne,
00:04 a vodka, and a blue curacao, or curacao,
00:08 whatever you refer back to it.
00:10 To make this drink, we start with our vodka.
00:12 Here we go with a shot of that.
00:15 Not to forget our fresh orange juice.
00:27 For a mimosa, the best celebratory cocktail out there.
00:32 The measurements are pretty easy.
00:35 At home, you can adjust the way you like.
00:38 Usually we go one part of vodka, three parts of champagne,
00:43 and couple of parts of orange juice.
00:45 For the champagne, we're using the Piper Heitzig.
00:48 Very delicious brew champagne.
00:51 And this is where the magic happens.
00:56 The blue curacao with the orange juice
00:59 mixes to give us that beautiful yellow and green,
01:04 Matilda-related color for our national sports team.
01:11 And to give it a little bit more Aussie flavor,
01:15 we'll give it a beautiful water seed on the side for garnish.
01:20 Et voila.
01:21 The Matilda's mimosa.
