01:40 Meanwhile, the Exercise ALON 2023 between the Philippines and Australian Armed Forces

01:47 This is the first bilateral amphibious exercise between two countries.
01:51 The opening ceremony was held in Australia but there will also be activities scheduled
01:56 in the Philippines, particularly in the Western and Northern Luzon Commands.
02:00 According to the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the bilateral exercise will help improve regional
02:06 security through cooperation and partnership.
02:09 The interoperability and readiness of two countries will also be strengthened in response

02:16 The exercise is part of the Indo-Pacific and Devour, Australia's flagship international
