Star badminton player PV Sindhu said meditation helped her focus better during her matches at the Tokyo Olympics. Sindhu won the bronze medal at Tokyo 2020. It was her second Olympic medal after winning silver at Rio Olympics 2016. Sindhu visited the Heartfulness Institute in Hyderabad on Tuesday to pay gratitude to her mentors there.
