00:16 It is in the US. It's not new. But in the new plan, it is going to cost 5 billion euros, 25 billion ringgit.
00:29 There is a process. This factory does not have a result. The result is from the Kulim. Kulim is a presidential project, not a national project.
00:39 Why? The company is the president's company. All the basic users are the president's users.
00:46 The way to give incentives to investors is the president's company.
00:50 That's why Invenion, last month, came to see me and I called Tunku Zafrul.
00:57 In my office in Putrajaya. And he told me there was a request from America, Texas.
01:03 The German government asked him to report back to Germany. Then there were some visitors, four of them were Malaysians.
01:12 He asked me a few questions. He wanted to make sure that we didn't bring anything else.
01:18 First, what is the current government's coordination? Stable.
01:23 Because he said, some people said no. Some people said, enough quantity to take the election in August.
01:29 So I told him, this is the rule. This is the election of the people of the country.
01:33 And as long as PH, National Registration, GPS, JRF, are still in place, there is no possibility of change.
01:44 Oh, we can bring people from UMNO, all support PH.
01:48 It's okay, no one has said it yet.
01:51 But when I explained to him, and now when he sees the form, the name of the candidate,
01:58 the candidate for Sarawak's Prime Minister, Haji Ji, the Prime Minister of Sabah,
02:02 together with me and the UMNO, he is convinced.
02:06 He noticed that there was an attempt, he said, by the Northern Thief Gang,
02:15 meaning my allies, who may have damaged and changed the base.
02:22 I said, no problem. He said, there is a view that we are still in power,
02:29 in the hands of the four, the four presidents. That's his concern.
02:34 I said, it's okay, no problem. Because the base is determined by the parliament,
02:39 and we have a majority, and what is important, we will guarantee, God willing,
02:44 the situation of security is under control.
02:47 He said, okay, don't announce it. Because that's the month, when he comes,
02:51 we make a statement, meet him.
02:54 The possibility is high. We don't say he agrees.
02:58 Because he said, we have to have a meeting with the embassy in Germany.
03:02 The meeting with the German embassy 10 days ago, you can google it,
03:06 he announced that he agreed to 5 billion euros, 25 billion rupiahs in Malaysia.
03:13 But what is being said, many people have believed, what is it like?
03:20 He believes, we have not agreed 2 years ago.
03:23 No, it's not true.
03:25 This is an example of how he became like this, and it became a political issue.
03:32 And it's up to people.
