00:35 Earlier, several transport groups went to the LJFRB and gave a letter

00:39 to request two pesos for additional fare for the first four kilometers of the trip.

00:44 The amount is now 12 pesos.

00:46 The increase in diesel prices did not stop.

00:50 It's increasing.

00:52 And everyone knows that.

00:54 Now, this is heavy for us.

00:57 It's not easy to request an increase in diesel prices

01:00 because we know that the passengers will be affected.

01:05 But we have no choice but to request.

01:10 But the LJFRB said that it should not be written, but a verified petition should be filed.

01:33 But the transport groups said that they no longer need to file a verified petition

01:38 because there is already a Memorandum Circular 2019-035.

01:44 This Memorandum Circular is an automatic fare adjustment formula

01:49 that if the fuel price increases, we should also increase.

01:55 But the LJFRB said that a verified petition from the transport groups should be filed

02:00 if they have fulfilled their request.

02:02 Maybe we will just do it so that there will be no discussion.

02:08 Maybe we will file it on Monday because we need a solution to the problem of diesel.
